Organizations

An organization is a separate workspace for one business and its customer-reply information.

What belongs to an organization

Each organization has its own Knowledge, inbox connections, conversations, drafts, AI preferences, usage, and billing association.

Switching organizations

If your plan supports multiple organizations, use the organization switcher to change workspaces. Always check the selected organization before connecting an inbox or changing Knowledge.

Team access

Team members can work only within organizations where they have active membership. Available actions may depend on their assigned role.

Information is kept separate between organizations. Adding Knowledge to one organization does not make it available to another.
