What plans control

Plans may differ by monthly AI reply allowance, team size, organization count, connected inboxes, history, and convenience features.

AI reply usage

A successful first generation for a new reply cycle counts toward the organization’s monthly allowance. Editing and sending a reply do not use another reply credit.

Alternatives and regeneration are limited within a reply cycle to keep usage predictable. Failed provider requests do not consume customer reply credits.

Check current usage

Open Settings → Usage to see the organization’s current allowance and reset date. Open Settings → Billing to review the active plan and billing details.
