Connections bring customer conversations and relevant business context into Preplyr.

Inbox connections

Inbox connections receive customer conversations and deliver replies after you review and confirm them. Gmail and supported messaging providers appear here.

Business-data connections

Business-data connections provide current, read-only operational context. For example, a supported commerce connection can help answer relevant product, inventory, or order questions without becoming an inbox.

Connection status

A connection may require attention when access expires or is revoked. If Preplyr cannot access a provider, open the connection and choose the available reconnect action.

Connect only accounts owned by the organization you are currently using.
