Inbox

Inbox is the home of Preplyr and shows the customer conversations that need your attention.

Conversation list

Each row shows the sender, subject, a short preview, and the current reply state. Opening a conversation shows its messages and the latest suggested reply.

Reply states

• Draft ready means a suggested reply is ready to review.
• Needs review means part of the reply requires extra attention.
• Missing information means Preplyr could not verify a required business fact.
• Replied means your mailbox sent the latest message.

Read status

Read status is personal to each team member and independent of Gmail. Opening a conversation marks the displayed incoming messages as read for you. New customer messages remain unread until opened.
